When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and issues
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for our store, which is optional
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our store offerings
  • After making a purchase, we will send you an email asking you to review our products, which is completely optional

We do our best to get the products you ordered as quickly as possible. Currently, FedEx is our primary carrier, as they offer delivery services 7 days a week. In order to create a shipment, we are required to give your name, a valid shipping address (sorry, no P.O. Boxes) and a valid phone number to print a label. For the convenience of offering tracking information, we do use the email address you provide at check-out to validate that we have, in fact, shipped your order(s).
